WHAT WE DO
The AIR FORCE ASSOCIATION NSW (AFA), a charitable Ex-Service Organisation (ESO) established in 1921, plays a vital role in the lives of Australian Air Force veterans through direct interaction with Government bodies, help provide a range of wellness and care programs as well support the welfare of Past and Present Air Force members through Advocacy, Lobbying, Camaraderie and Commemorations.
Under the Ad Astra Foundation, AFA NSW aims to provide help and support services to former and current serving Veterans in the Australian Defence Force regardless of branches.
Foundation
Objective the Ad Astra Foundation Ltd has been established as a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) and is a registered ABN and ACNC holder and is to be resourced to provide significant ongoing services to serving and ex ADF veterans' and their families to sustain and elevate their wellbeing.
Funding
The Ad Astra Foundation Ltd is a deductible gift recipient and will fund its initiatives through grants and philanthropy .
