I proudly served in the Australian Air Force, taking on various roles such as fighter pilot, helicopter pilot, and staff officer. My service extended beyond the borders of Australia, including assignments in South East Asia and with the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces. Alongside my military career, I pursued tertiary-level training in Leadership and Management, eventually becoming an Instructor at the esteemed RAAF Staff College. My dedication and leadership skills were recognized through prestigious honours such as the Air Force Cross and the Order of Australia. After leaving the Air Force in 1981, I ventured into diverse fields, finding success in sheep farming, real estate, and building construction. Additionally, I had the privilege of organizing VIP arrivals in Australia, handling the logistics for notable figures like Prince Charles, the Pope, and other heads of state. In 1987, I founded the groundbreaking concept of Communication and Leadership Development, establishing the renowned 'Silver Wattle' Training Centre in Southern NSW. Since then, I have been privileged to work with businesses both nationally and internationally, driving their performance to new heights. My expertise lies in leadership, teamwork, organizational communication, and planning, catering to executives, middle management, and functional teams. I have also made significant contributions to performance improvement in various sports including Australian Swimming Baseball, Softball and Archery Teams as well as developing and implementing a very successful process that enabled many “Street Kids” over many years to achieve a life that they wanted.
